Terms & Conditions
License Requirements
A full motorcycle license must be held by anyone wishing to participate in our tours or rent a motorcycle. The same license restrictions will apply as those of country of origin.
Booking Fee
A deposit of 10% is required within 21 days of booking to secure your tour or rental. The deposit can be paid by either Visa, Mastercard or bank draft. Once you have booked we will contact you confirming your booking and instructions on payment of deposit.
Full payment of your tour or rental booking must be made no later than 6 weeks prior to tour commencement date. We accept Visa, Mastercard, bank drafts, cash or traveller's cheques.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellation must be in writing and sent to us by either facsimile or e-mail.

Cancellation by Enduro Touring NZ
In the unlikely event of a tour cancellation, Enduro Touring NZ will notify you well in advance with a minimum of 6 weeks before scheduled tour commencement.
Enduro Touring NZ will offer you a replacement tour at a reduced rate or a full refund.
Any costs incurred as a result of cancellations such as changes to flight itineraries are not the responsibility of Enduro Touring NZ.
Liability
Enduro Touring will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury resulting from the use of a motorcycle in conjuncton with any of our tours or rental agreements.
